   Favourite thing about holidays:

   I get to see my siblings and their families. I almost never get to see my nieces and nephews, ever. This morning/noon I got to have lunch with my brother and his family, which was amazing. I love them so much, I wish I could see them all more often. And soon - hopefully! - I’ll be able to see my sisters and their families.

   In addition, they all surprised me with things I actually wanted this year. I mean, yes, I get things I want every year, but usually that’s not what I ask for. I ask for things I need over things I want. (For example: I need groceries, I want tickets to Rammstein.) This year I needed a few kitchen items, and my family gave me that as well as the unofficial Harry Potter cookbook, a quidditch broom, and extra money so I’ll be able to get a few things I need (probably groceries or books).

   Honestly, though, I’d rather spend more time with them and get nothing at all instead of just getting stuff. Fortunately, my brother’s also coming over for breakfast tomorrow and bringing the kids!!

   edit: Oh! And I passed all my classes!!!
